Yesterday, the help desk customer support told me there is a mistake I booked wrong time and cannot cancel, so the order is not confirmed. Then when I arrived someone called me in the airport saying waiting for me, and the driver says will wait for me. But Lot airline has delayed in delivering all the Passengers baggages. I had told the driver. When I come out I called the driver again, he says too long waiting and the order is cancelled. But I put the time 1:30pm, I called him when I come out it’s 2:02pm. Really disappointed
