【Toei Kyoto Studio Park】
From Saturday, September 13, 2025 to Sunday, November 30, 2025, the special event “Kaikai YOKAI Festival 2025” will be held.
Long ago, Japan was a paradise for yokai (supernatural creatures), but as traditional streetscapes disappeared, so too did their dwelling places. Guided by Yako Doji, their caretaker, the yokai have now relocated to Toei Kyoto Studio Park, where the atmosphere of Edo still lingers. The park transforms into a town teeming with countless yokai. Interact, dance, and play with them; you might even become one of their companions! Step into a thrilling and mysterious world filled with yokai.
Opened in 1975, Toei Kyoto Studio Park is Japan’s first theme park where visitors can watch samurai dramas being filmed and immerse themselves in the world of period dramas through open sets, events, and attractions. To date, it has welcomed over 65 million visitors.
