• As this is an outdoor event, sessions may be postponed or canceled in case of severe weather. Participants will be notified via email if any changes occur.
• Visitors typically spend around 3 hours enjoying the experience.
• The event is pet-friendly; however, pets are not allowed inside activity zones. Pets must be leashed at all times, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them.
• Outside food and beverages are not allowed, except for items purchased from official F&B partners. Professional photography equipment and tripods are not permitted.
• Restrooms are available on site. There is no designated seating area, as this is a walkthrough experience. Parking is available at Beach Station Car Park (fees apply).
• Guests are encouraged to take photos and share their experience, provided they do not disturb other visitors. Please be respectful of others and event staff at all times.

• Event staff reserve the right to remove guests who pose a safety risk or violate event rules. All guests are expected to follow staff instructions and behave responsibly during the event.
