1. Seats will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon arrival.

2. Please make sure to bring proof of age (such as a copy of their residence register, ID card, passport, etc.).

3. No cancellations, refunds, or changes will be allowed if entry is denied due to age restriction. Please kindly be aware.

4. Elementary school students cannot enter alone and must be accompanied by a guardian who will guide them during the performance.

[Refund Policy]

- Cancellation before 3 days by 5pm(KST) : 100% Refund

- Cancellation before 2 days by 5pm(KST) : 70% Refund

- Cancellation before 1 day by 5pm(KST) : 50% Refund

- Cancellation before 1 day after 5pm - On the day of the performance, No-Show : No Refund
