- Spa operating hours are 09:00 ~ 22:00, with the last available reservation time being 21:00. (This may vary depending on the program you choose.)
- Pregnant women and children under 12 years of age are not permitted to use the facility.
- You can bring your children into the massage room, but there are no spa staff to care for infants or children. Parents must take turns caring for their children while using the products.
- If you are unable to make a reservation for the time slot you selected as your first priority on the reservation page, reservations will be made for the second and third priority time slots, so please be sure to check the time on your voucher.
- We recommend that you arrive earlier than your reservation time.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late for your spa reservation time, it will be considered a no-show and no refund or change will be possible.
- You can request a single room, couple room, or triple room. If you make a request when making a reservation, we will pass it on to the spa. However, this is a request and may not be confirmed depending on the company's situation. (Triple rooms can only be requested when using a Thai massage)
- If you have booked a Thai massage or foot massage program and would like to use the shower, an additional charge of 300 baht (20 minutes of shower time) will be charged.
