• Children under the age of 2 may travel free of charge, but they do not receive a bus seat or lunch. If bus seat or lunch is required, please book under the children's fare.

• This is not a private tour, you will enjoy the tour with other guests together.
• We might cancel the tour if we do not have at least 25 participants by 14 days before the scheduled departure.
• If the Gozaisho Ropeway is suspended due to strong winds, etc., we will refund the ropeway ride fee (Adult/1 person: 1,500 yen Child/1 person: 750 yen) and guide you to Aqua Ignis.
• Please arrive at the meeting location 15 minutes prior to the departure time.
• IMPORTANT: The bus will depart according to the schedule and will not wait for late arrivals.
• Please be aware that weekends, holidays, and event days may experience high levels of congestion.
• The schedule is subject to change without prior notice.
• Due to traffic or other reasons, the duration of visits at each destination may be shortened, and arrival times may be delayed.
• Refunds will not be provided if you fail to arrive at the meeting location on time (no show).
• Please personally take responsibility for your valuables.
• Please note that snow and frozen tree may not be present depending on weather.
• Please note that wheelchair is not accessible.
• This tour involves a lot of walking. If you have trouble walking, we advise you not to book this tour.
