hearty feast filled with bestselling dishes from our various buffet themes
over the years. Enjoy crowd favourites like Braised “Dongpo” Pork, Shredded
Chicken with Green Bean Noodles, Grilled Tiger Prawns with Lemon Garlic Butter
(during dinner), Tomato & Buffalo Mozzarella Salad, made-to-order Thai Boat
Noodles, Steamed Flower Crab in Chinese Yellow Rice Wine (during weekend
dinner), Roasted Wagyu Beef Rump with Rosemary and Garlic Crust, Grilled Baby
