The slopes, which consist of four zones, can be enjoyed by families, whether
skiing or snowboarding. Joetsu Kokusai Ski Resort Station on the Joetsu Line
is located right in front of the slopes, making it easy to access by train!
There is a permanent snow park with a variety of activities, both large and
small, and a half pipe. There is also a well-equipped kids' park.

The local travel/bus agency is difficult to find in the booking details. I approached staff from 2 different travel agency before they found it. When we arrived at the ski resort area, I was asked to pay JPY 1,000 for the boots and board but I thought those were already included in the package! Also, the rentals are terrible. The first pair of snowboard boots given to me were damaged and snow/water would get inside. The shop changed it but still the lacing tightness were not enough to hold a toe edge. The bindings on the board were also difficult to undo. I was already at the lift station when I found out. Since it was just a day trip, I did not want to lose more time by going to the rental shop. So I rented proper boots and board at the Solomon rental shop. I left the tour provided boots and board near the Solomon rental area. After the day on the slope, I returned the tour provided boots and board to its rental shop and asked for refund (at least the additional JPY 1000) but they said they will not refund.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible if this results in a shortened stay or ski time at the destination. (We will not provide any compensation.)
On the day of the rental, you may be required to pay a property damage waiver fee (one-time insurance) for the rental equipment at the rental shop.
We do not contact customers individually.
The bus may stop at multiple locations. Please be sure to check the drop-off location in advance and take care not to get on the wrong bus. If you get off at the wrong bus location, you will be responsible for getting to your destination. We are not responsible for any travel expenses or other costs incurred in that case, and we cannot provide any compensation.
If you choose not to use your lift ticket for any reason, we will not be able to refund you.
The return bus may differ from the outbound bus. Please check the bus number before boarding.
