Italian Pasta Masterpieces: Fettuccine, Ravioli e Tortellini. Learn starting from the basics, how to prepare the three most iconic dishes of the Italian pasta making tradition. Fettuccine, Ravioli and tortellini will no longer have secrets. We will mix eggs and flour and as if by magic the pasta will take shape in our hands. We will prepare tasty fillings for our stuffed pasta. We will make Ravioli with Cacio e Pepe, Tortelli (big tortellini) with Provolone cheese and Speck (smoked ham) and fettuccine with a delicious seasonal Pesto. All this will be accompanied by a relaxed, typically Italian atmosphere, in a traditional Neapolitan house, called “Basso”, (a house on the ground floor). During the lesson we will prepare two different sauces that will accompany our pasta. The sauces will change according to the seasons and the products available at that specific time of year. Obviously there will be excellent wine that will make the atmosphere even warmer and more inviting. After preparing our pasta and sauces, you will finally sit at the table and taste your own made delicious pasta dishes accompanied by local wine.
