I downloaded the voucher before my trip, but the information desk at the bath couldn’t scan or recognise the QR code on the voucher, and for some reasons the Pelago app needs OTP verification via sms (which means I need to pay overseas charges). When I requested for email OTP the system just blocked me from signing in after two trials as I couldn’t receive the code. I waited 20 minutes to sign in again (via SMS), just to ensure there was no other QR code provided. Finally, the young lady at the counter reluctantly called her supervisor to verify the voucher with the booking reference instead, and I was finally allowed to enter the thermal bath. Also, the Palinka was experience was at another place on the other side of the city which I didn’t have time to go. I booked other tour/experiences with GetYourGuide and Klook with no problem at all. The thermal bath experience was good, except It may be better (and cheaper) to simply purchase the bath ticket at the premise.
