【How to Use】

At Kyoto Station:
- Simply drop off your bag at the travel salon located in front of Hachijo Exit at Kyoto Station and present your voucher.
- If you wish to take advantage of our complimentary delivery service to your hotel, please provide us with your hotel information.
- After your sightseeing, you have two options: either come to the travel salon in front of Hachijo Exit at Kyoto Station to collect your luggage, or if you prefer, we can transfer it to your hotel. Your luggage will be securely stored at the hotel front desk until 6:00 PM.
** Please note that there may be delays in luggage arrival due to various circumstances.

If you want to leave your luggage at the hotel and have it stored at Kyoto Station:

- When checking out of your hotel, be sure to inform the hotel staff that "Oh My Guide!" will come to pick up your bags. **If you fail to inform the hotel, we won't be able to arrange the pickup.
- Your luggage will be kept at the travel salon located in front of Hachijo Exit at Kyoto Station.
- Pickup hours are from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on weekdays. Please note that pickups outside of these hours may not be available.
