8 hoursAdmission Ticket IncludedThe short tour to Machu Picchu begins with a pick up from your hotel in Cusco at 4 am to take the train from Ollantaytambo. The train follows the trail of the Urubamba River until it reaches Km 104, where we will start our walk. Then we will leave to visit our first Inca site. Then we will start walking as we head towards the Classic Inca Trail. We will have tremendous views of Machu Picchu, the Urubamba River and other surrounding Inca sites. After walking for three hours, we will arrive at the most beautiful Inca site on the Inca Trail, Wiñay Wayna. Few people get the chance to see these elaborate water fountains, temples, and agricultural terraces. Here you can enjoy a lunch. From Wiñay Wayna, we will walk to Puerta del Sol. This is where we will see the picturesque landscape of the famous Machu Picchu. This bus will take us to the main gate of the Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu where we will begin our unforgettable experience. Your expert guide will walk you through the main streets of these incredible ruins. Stroll through the city squares and up the delicately carved stone stairs. Esoteric wisdom supports Machu Picchu as the new spiritual center of the world. There will be time to be alone and fully embrace this magnificent wonder of the world, letting this once-in-a-lifetime experience settle in. Once the guide is finished we will have additional time to explore on our own. After finishing the visit, we will take the bus back to Aguas Calientes where you will have time for lunch (not included).
