Recording and photography are prohibited at this exhibition. Only smartphone photography is allowed. Please abide by the regulations of each exhibition area and respect the artists' intellectual property rights and copyright of their works.
Eating, drinking and smoking are prohibited in the exhibition area. No food, drinks or pets (except guide dogs) are allowed. If the exhibition rules are not followed and there is no intention to improve after persuasion, the organizer has the right to ask the violator to leave the venue without refunding or compensating the ticket fee.
Please do not bring into the venue any long umbrellas, large backpacks, suitcases, bicycles, skateboards, selfie sticks, baby strollers, dangerous or explosive items, or items with sharp corners and/or that may cause damage. In addition, there is no storage service for items in this exhibition.
When entering the venue, please follow the queue lines and staff instructions, and do not stay in a single area for a long time to avoid crowds. When there are a lot of people, crowd control will be implemented. Please follow the instructions of the staff and queue up in order to enter.
Please follow the exhibition regulations, observe the visiting order, and jointly maintain the quality of the visit. To ensure visitor safety, please follow the instructions of venue staff.
To maintain the safety of the exhibition, please do not touch the three-dimensional sculptures in the exhibition and do not lean against the walls in the exhibition. In addition, it is strictly prohibited to run, play, destroy the scenes or on-site equipment, or attack the staff in the exhibition area. If damage occurs, compensation will be required. If persuasion fails to resolve inappropriate behavior, the organizer has the right to ask the person to leave the venue without any discussion, and no compensation or ticket refund will be given.
The relevant regulations of the exhibition venue shall be subject to the on-site announcement. If there is any damage, compensation shall be paid according to the price. If there are any matters not covered, the organizer reserves the right to interpret the event.
Light and sound effects will be set up in the exhibition hall. Visitors must ensure that their health is suitable for entering and viewing the venue. If you feel unwell during your visit, please inform the on-site staff for assistance. In addition, you should take good care of your personal belongings while on site. The organizers are not responsible for any personal belongings lost on site and/or personal injuries caused by actions during filming.
You agree that the video footage recorded at the event, including your portrait, may be selected by the organizer for internal and/or external promotional purposes.
Any person, including those under the influence of drugs or alcohol, who attempts to harass others and/or refuses to abide by these rules and regulations, may be required by venue staff to leave the "Crayon Shin-chan Adventure Through Time and Space Interactive Experience Exhibition".
If the “Crayon Shin-chan Adventure in Time and Space Interactive Experiential Exhibition” needs to be temporarily closed due to weather, safety, maintenance or other reasons, the organizer has the right to close the exhibition immediately without further notice.
In case of any disputes, the organizer reserves the right of final decision.
