We make sushi from seasonal fish that captures the four seasons in Japan.
Enjoy the 200-years history of Edo-mae sushi.
Only for those who book this plan, we will offer "Tuna Kamatoro" which is not normally available. The fatty part of the chin is grilled over an open flame. The smoky aroma brings out the rich flavor of the fish, and it melts in your mouth instantly.

Highlights
A well-known restaurant in Aoyama, Tokyo. The owner's father and other relatives all run sushi restaurants. The philosophy of the owner, who has trained in many places, including abroad, is to "serve the seasons". Seasonal ingredients are carefully prepared using Edo-mae techniques, and the fish is nigiri'ed at the right time of maturity. The superb taste of not only the various nigiri, but also the snacks such as 'karasumi' (dried mullet roe), will leave you in awe. Enjoy a wonderful time at the hinoki counter.
