Must Know
All visitors must be at the gate of the rooftops at the time indicated on the ticket for the security check
Cover shoulders & knees in the Duomo. No shorts, sandals, tank tops, mini-skirts

Please note that fast-track entrance is only valid between 10:00 and 17:00 and only on the days that are bookable in the calendar
Usage
Start with the rooftops: go to the southern entrance and scan your ticket at the turnstile, then take the lift
Duomo Museum & Church of San Gottardo (closed Wednesdays): scan your ticket directly at the entrance (only if option Fast Track Pass selected)
Cathedral & Archeological Area: take the group entrance and scan your ticket (only if option Fast Track Pass selected)
Tickets are valid for 2 days (date selected and the following day), with one access for each area
Rooftop only option does not include access to Duomo Cathedral and Museum
Post Purchase
If the audio guide is lost or damaged, the customer must pay the sum of 110 euros
The fast track rooftop includes access only to the terraces, not to the Duomo

The last entrance for each site is at 17:50
The descent from the rooftops is always via stairs

Wheelchair access to the rooftops is only possible as far as the lower rooftop (limited to the area behind the choir). This service is available daily from 10:00 to 17:00, exclusively via the south elevator (77 x 106 x 130 cm). If the south elevator is out of order, the north one (65 x 111 x 137 cm) will be used instead
If the audio guide is lost or damaged, the customer must pay the sum of 110 euros

Very easy to use and convenient.
The skip-the-line access was brilliant and the walk round the roof of the duomo was amazing. Do note that while there is lift access up to the roof, you'd have to walk down the stairs/
Fast track lane to the lift to rooftop is at the south entrance. Tickets let you go up to the roof, into the church and it also lets you go down to the basement where the archeology display is. Be sure not to miss that.
It was great be able to get the tickets fuss free and go straigh to the queue without having to wait in line to buy the tickets first.
Basically gets you everywhere at the Duomo. Fuss free and easy to use
