On this private tour, you will have your own driver who speaks your language and is willing to make stops along the way for chances to take photos, enjoy the local scenery, and even buy fresh olive oil along the way. Once you arrive in Chefchaouen, if you would like, we can arrange for a local person to show you the highlights of the city and and also make restaurant recommendations (for a reasonable extra charge). You will have four hours to enjoy a lunch (on your own) and then stroll the lovely blue lanes of 'Chaouen, as the locals call it. You will also have a chance to tour the famous salted goat cheese factory and taste their wonderful product, called 'jben'. After you have enjoyed a refreshing four hours in this remarkable city, the driver will meet you for the return drive to Fez in the late afternoon.

Here you can enjoy a walk to explore the white and blue painted walls of the medina and the markets that offer unique local handicrafts. Another popular spot is the casbah in the center of the old town with its lush gardens. There is a museum that's well worth a visit, with an impressive collection of ancient weapons, historic photographs of the ancient city, and valuable textiles. Chefchaouen is also a fantastic destination for photography with its wonderful views of the Rif Mountains.
