• The lanterns are lit using LED lights, so even children can enjoy them safely.

• Please do not release the launch lanterns into the sky. For environmental reasons, they will be released with a string attached.

The handle and string are combined, and the handle itself also acts as a weight, so even if you accidentally let go of it, the lantern will not fly away.

• Please note that we cannot accept cancellations, date changes, or refunds for personal reasons after a reservation has been made.

• The launch lantern release may be canceled or postponed due to weather conditions, and some details may be changed.

If a performance is postponed due to unavoidable reasons such as natural disasters or to prevent the spread of infectious diseases, we will announce this on our official social media accounts and website. In the event of a postponement, please keep your tickets safe as they will be valid for the postponed performance.

• There are no discounts for seniors or disabled people (persons themselves).

• We will not offer refunds for purchasing tickets by mistake. Please check carefully when purchasing.

Tickets purchased from private parties, auction sites, or gift certificate shops cannot be guaranteed to be valid. In addition, resale of tickets for profit is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.

• We will not compensate for delays or non-arrivals due to congestion, accidents, etc. Furthermore, we will not compensate for travel expenses etc. in the event of cancellation or postponement due to bad weather.

• If your ticket is damaged or lost, it will not be reissued even if you have proof of purchase (ticket issuance certificate, receipt, purchase screen).

Doors open at 15:00, lanterns will be handed over at 18:00, lanterns will be handed over at 19:00, and the lanterns will be launched at 19:30.

Regarding exiting the venue, due to the specifications of the parking lot, it will be very crowded every year when exiting. We ask that only those who can accept this come by car, and other customers please use public transportation whenever possible.

Pets are allowed. Pets cannot be kept on the leash.

Elementary and junior high school students will not be allowed to enter alone. They must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Please refrain from viewing outside the event area. Please be sure to view the event within the Ogimachi Park grounds.
