• Reservations can be made for 1 person, but if there are less than 4 people participating in the tour, the tour will be automatically cancelled. In this case, you will be notified by email at least one day in advance.
  
• Children under 4 years old can tour for free (passport required)
• If the tour is canceled due to company circumstances, you will be notified by email 1-2 days in advance.
• The tour will continue even in case of rain, and no refunds will be given due to rain during the tour.
• Since we use a personal wireless transmitter and receiver, please prepare your own earphones (3.5mm).
• Recording or videotaping the guide's commentary is not permitted during the tour.
• Pets are not allowed and there is no separate area for pets.
