This was a complete scam. There was no communication whatsoever—no call, no email, nothing. The driver never showed up, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue with Pelago and their ticketing partner, they refused to refund the money I paid. I ended up losing money and had to open a dispute with my credit card company to try and get it back. This caused a lot of stress and wasted my time. Do not book this activity. Avoid this company entirely. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable.
