Experience the best of everything in one tour. The full-day safari is a private tour at your own pace with an experienced wildlife tour guide who will tell you all kinds of interesting things about what you see.
The lodge is famous for animals walking right past the restaurant area. It also has a huge swimming pool - perfect for relaxing or cooling off, a spa, an African-themed restaurant and a bar.
After a refreshing sleep in the quiet of the bush in well-furnished rooms, you will be treated to an open vehicle safari drive at sunrise. This is a great time to see predators as the nocturnal animals go to sleep and the day animals awake. (Bring a windbreaker because the morning air is fresh.)
We will transfer you to the elephant walk experience. Discover how intelligent and majestic these giants are. A bonus inclusion is a walk through a natural forest where monkeys and lemurs can be found and they often come quite close to investigate visitors.

Full day safari + transfer to the 4 star wildlife lodge
Pilanesberg National Park
8 hoursAdmission Ticket FreeIt takes approximately 2 hours to arrive at the park. Enjoy views of various mountain ranges on the way. This park is 572 square kilometers and was a volcano long ago which makes the scenery stunning. You will have a 2.5 hour safari in the morning then a 1 hour lunch stop (lunch is not included) and then an afternoon safari of 2.5 hours to look for big animals like wild elephant, hippo and rhinoceros as well as iconic animals like zebra and giraffe. The animals are completely wild in the park. Then in the late afternoon we will transfer you to the beautiful 4 star lodge situated right next to the park- AccommodationsOvernight stay at Kwa Maritane lodge or Bakubung lodge at the Pilanesberg parkFood And DrinksDinner - Dinner bed and breakfast are included at the lodge in this price. 3 hoursAdmission Ticket IncludedFirst you will enjoy an early morning safari around 5:30 am with the lodge's open vehicle safari. Then you will return to the lodge for a delicious breakfast. Around midday we will collect you and transfer you to the elephant walk which is approximately 1.5 hours away. Here you will have the thrilling experience of walking with elephants. Learn about what they eat, how they communicate and their unique social structures. You will also be able to see monkeys and lemurs in the forest around the elephants. It will take approximately 1 hour to return to Johannesburg afterwards.- Food And DrinksBreakfast - Breakfast is included. Lunch is excluded but can be ordered from the restaurant
