The ride itself was smooth, with convenient point-to-point pickup and drop-off from Ohrid to Thessaloniki. However, the provider only shared the driver and vehicle details about 30 minutes before pickup despite frequent prompting (the booking was made two weeks in advance), which caused some anxiety. Additionally, the driver was expected to speak English but could not, leading to some miscommunication and confusion during the journey.
