  • Children below 3 years old can participate for free, provided they do not occupy a seat. Please note that their entrance fees are not included. Reminders
A minimum of 8 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Children below 3 years old can participate for free but please note their participation in the "Requests & Remarks" section when booking and provide verification documents. Failure to inform in advance or match the child's age in the order will incur a KRW 30,000 transport fee per guest
An additional fee of KRW 20,000 per traveler applies to rescheduling your departure date within 3 days of the original date. This fee must be paid on-site on the day of the tour
Please arrive at the meeting point 10–15 minutes before the pick-up time. Latecomers will not be able to join the tour and will not be able to request order changes, cancellations, or refund
The actual pick-up time may be delayed 10–15 minutes due to traffic conditions
