From 8.30 am, guide and private car pick you up at hotel to Bat Trang pottery village, visit the market with thousands of ceramics products and enter the workshop to understand how the artisans make the pottery. You can practice to make 1 ceramics sample (bow/cup…you will pay by yourself).

On the way, have lunch at a local restaurant, keep driving to Incense Village in Quang Phu Cau and see how people make incense and dry them under the sun, you also learn about the formular to make incense and know how it contributes to the spiritual life in Vietnam.

Then drive to Conical hat village where they make conical hat for people’s daily use. This is the popular hat that most of Vietnamese people wear during the working time even at leisure time to protect them from the sunray.

You come back to Hanoi in late afternoon to West Lake to have dinner with Pho Cuon Ngu Xa (fresh noodle with beef/chicken) this is the traditional flavor of the Hanoians then to go to Train Street before 19.30 to watch the train passing by right in front of your face.
