- Doors Open: 6:00 PM (2 hours before showtime).
- Queues Open: 5:00 PM (3 hours before showtime).

- Please proceed to Level B2 to collect your festival wristband by presenting your ticket.
- Entry is open only to valid ticket holders.
- Late arrivals may only be admitted during a suitable break in the performance.
