Must Know
In Case of Unexpected Situations
- If the alpaca's health condition changes suddenly and we are forced to cancel the interaction session, we will issue a full refund of the admission fee.
- However, we will not be able to cover transportation or other related expenses.
If You Arrive Late for Your Reservation
- You may still enter and participate for the remaining time, but no refunds will be given for the reduced session duration.

- QR code (no paper copies or screenshots of codes are accepted without scannable barcodes)

- A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 4 days before date of selection.
