Guimarães is deply related to the most important events in Portugal's foundation, and also our first capital back on the 12th century. Since then, the area has kept its structure, including the castle and fortified wall. Today, countless pieces that tell the history of Portugal are still very present and visible to everyone.

By the afternoon we take a journey to the highest point in about 40km, from where you will have contact with the greenest area of the surroundings, with a fantastic view over the town of Guimarães.
