Reminders
When booking, please provide your passport number and full English name as shown on your passport.
No changes can be made once the booking is confirmed. A copy of your valid ID should be submitted to the operator.
Seats are assigned randomly and will not be confirmed before the date.
Advance seat selection is not available and requests for specific seats will not be granted
Due to limited supply, the booking is only successful after the airline's confirmation.
In the event if slot is full, the booking will be declared regardless and full refund will be provided.

For pregnant women between 24 to 32 weeks of gestation, it is mandatory for them to present upon check in, a medical certificate from their OB indicating that they are fit to travel. A waiver which shall be provided upon check in should also be accomplished.
