Purchase Notice
  • All tickets are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Please contact the merchant to confirm your reservation before joining the tour
  • Please contact the attraction at least 2 days prior to your intended tour date to schedule your visit (contact information will be provided in your e-ticket)
  • The tour will be unavailable every December to January due to the weather conditions. Tour hours may vary during public holidays and peak season dates
  • In order to redeem your ticket, please proceed to the attraction’s counters
  • Tickets that have been redeemed at the counter will not be refunded
  • Makcik Gemok Boat Schedule (for boat transfers):

1. Please call the boat company 30 minutes prior to your intended cruise time to schedule your ride

2. Hours might differ on Hari Merdeka

3. Boat rides have an interval of 30–40 minutes

8:30 am–11:00 am | Weekdays

8:00 am–12:00 pm | Weekend and Public Holidays 

12:30 pm–2:30 pm | Friday prayer break 

2:30 pm–5:30 pm | Friday
