This tour made navigating the process of getting to the top of the Eiffel Tower a breeze. We had a great guide Anna who knew her stuff. Very friendly, informative and gave us plenty of time to do our own thing too.
We could not get to the highest floor because it was closed for safety reason. In all similar trips, the guide is ulmost important|~ IFE, he is great. Not only did he inform us of the closure in advance, he went on to say he would inform our booking agent on the closure and seek a partial refund that’s fair to us. He is knowledgable and fun, making the tour entertaining.
Edmond was a wonderful guide. He kept us entertained through the long queue with his interesting factoids on the tower and it's history.
