Itinerary

    Personalized cooking course based on the specific requests of the guest The menu can be planned in advance (suggested) or improvised during the class Fresh, seasonal ingredients will be used As soon as you arrive it will immediately precede you with the preparation of the set menu. After about an hour of work, you will have a break for an aperitif (Prosecco, Spritz or other requested by you!) Then we will continue to finish the preparation Finally, you will enjoy the fruits of your labor Wines will be served (one or more based on your requests) During the class preparation techniques will be explained, origin of the products used, history of the dishes and lots of conversation At the end of the lesson and lunch or dinner based on your choice, you will be given the recipes online. The chef will always be at your disposal. This is an easy course that everyone can participate in.
