Awful. After buying tickets, no possibility to book timeslot as the URL on the ticket didn't work. We travelled an hour to get to the venue but the staff couldn’t help as no timeslot available on the day we booked, so advised us to get a refund through pelago. Pelago didn’t help at all, just stated that cancellations weren’t allowed and we should use the ticket another time? We’re leaving Singapore today! that’s not going to happen. I stated our issue in the original request, but Pelago clearly didn’t care. If they did, they would have investigated why the site URL for timeslots didn’t work, but they didn’t. Awful experience, never using again, submitting on Google too
