Highlights
This self-guided day trip offers your a comfortable private transfer service between Shanghai city and Chongming Island. Along the way, you will pass thru famous Shanghai Yangtze River Tunnel and Bridge. Enjoy a good time with you and your family to discover the nature beauty of Xisha Wetland Park, Dongtan Birds National Nature Reserve, Dongping National Forest Park or other local attractions based on your interests. Itinerary
Your friendly private driver will pick up you from hotel around 9:00am or at your preferred schedule, and drive directly to Chongming Island. One the road, you will pass thru Shanghai Yangtze River Tunnel and Bridge.
Upon arrival to Chongming Island, you can choose to visit some top attractions, such as Xisha Wetland Park and Dongtan Birds National Nature Reserve. Enjoy a local lunch at Eco Farm or local farmer's restaurant. Ride a bike to browse around the forest park.
The best season to visit Chongming Island is Spring to Autumn. If you are lucky, you will get to see many migrant birds there. You will also find some little cute crab walking on the wetland.
After the tour, your guide will take you back to your Shanghai city hotel.
