Itinerary
Day 1: Ha Giang City - Quan Ba - Yen Minh (L/D)
Morning: Our tour guide will pick you up at office in Ha Giang. After that, we will pass the mountain roads to Quan Ba town. You will enjoy the incredible view of the Happy Road below.
On the way, you can take some photos with the magnificent view of the rice fields, mountains and valleys. In the villages, you can experience the culture and customs of the Red Dzao people in Nam Dam Village.
Noon: We will have a delicious lunch in Quan Ba before we continue the trip to Lung Tam Hemp Weaving Village.
Afternoon: In this village of the H’mong minority, we will learn how to make hemp fabrics from locally grown hemp in Northwest Vietnam. There, you will have an opportunity to talk to the local people to learn about their way of life, culture and customs. We will continue our journey to Nam Dam village and check in homestay
Dinner will be provided and you are free to discover the Nam Dam village.
Day 2: Yen Minh – Lung Cu– Dong Van (B/L/D)
Morning: After having breakfast, we will continue our journey to Yen Minh. From there, you will know how people live in remote parts of Vietnam. We will drive through the villages of Lung Cam, Sa Phin and Lung Cu. A stop will be made en route to visit an H’mong Village in Lung Cam which is famous for “House of Pao”, and the residence of the Vuong Family, still called “Palace of Hmong King.”
Noon: We will have lunch at Dong Van town.
Afternoon: After lunchtime, we will visit Lung Cu Flag Pole – the North Pole of Vietnam where, you can see beautiful landscape down and a big flag at the top of the Dragon Mountain. Then, we will visit Lo Lo Chai Village - the Village of Lolo Ethnic Group.
We will go back to Dong Van ancient town, have dinner and enjoy a night at Dong Van.
Day 3: Dong Van – Meo Vac – Ha Giang (B/L)
Morning: After having breakfast, you can walk around old town and local markets by yourselves. At 9:30 a.m, we will continue our drive towards Meo Vac Town. We will make few stops for admiring the scenery and taking some photos of the Ma Pi Leng pass. Then, we will drive through the Meo Vac Town to Yen Minh town.
Noon: We will have lunch at Yen Minh town.
Afternoon: After that, we will continue our way back to Ha Giang and arrive in Ha Giang at 5 p.m or 5:30 p.m.
Night 4: Bus Ha Giang - Hanoi (optional)
