[Reservation Guidelines]

* Please make a reservation at least 3 days in advance.

* When submitting your reservation request, the studio will coordinate with you regarding the schedule. Please make sure to check your email!

Emails from overseas may end up in your spam folder, so kindly check there as well.

* Hair and makeup services are not available on Wednesdays.

* For bookings of more than one person for hair and makeup, it is not possible to start at the same time.

* Full package menu: 1 person per hour can be reserved.

Premium menu: 1 person per 30 minutes can be reserved.

When booking photography only (without hair and makeup):

* Please prepare your own outfits for the shoot.

For Full Hair & Makeup Touch-up reservations:

* Please come with your base makeup, eyebrows, and eye makeup already done.

* On-site, we will provide hairstyling, shading, highlighter, lipstick, and blush touch-ups.

For Full Hair & Makeup bookings:

* Please come with only shampooed hair and basic skincare applied, and with no makeup on (bare face).

* The studio does not have a space for makeup removal.

* Only hairstyling is offered; haircutting and shaving are not available.

* If you would like to use false eyelashes, there will be an additional charge of 15,000 KRW.

Other Important Notes:

· Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time.

· Changes or cancellations can be made up to 2 days before the shoot date. Changes or cancellations on the day of the shoot are not possible.

· Considering Seoul's traffic, we recommend using public transportation.

· Only formal jackets and shirts are available for rent. For other outfits, please prepare your own.
