• For 1-5 passengers, refer to the Kia Canival. It can accommodate up to 5 passengers and 5 pieces of 24-inch luggage.
• 6-7 passengers - Reference vehicle Hyundai STAREX/SRAREA can accommodate up to 7 passengers + 6 pieces of 24-inch luggage.

🚨 Things to note before purchasing

• Duration: This private private charter car service has a base duration of 10 hours, available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. For example: 8:00 AM departure → 6:00 PM departure / 11:00 AM departure → 9:00 PM departure. Extensions before 7:00 AM or after 10:00 PM are not included in the price. Additional charges will apply and will be quoted separately.
• Overtime fee: 25,000 won per hour (30,000 won per hour for 9-13 seater vehicles) is payable on site.
• Vehicle Type and Baggage Restrictions: • 1-5 Seater Car: Maximum 5 passengers, with space for 5 24-inch suitcases. • 6-8 Seater Car: Maximum 8 passengers. If traveling with 24-inch luggage, we recommend 6 passengers + 6 pieces of luggage. • 9-13 Seater Car: Maximum 13 passengers, with space for 10 24-inch suitcases. ※ Large luggage exceeding 24 inches is counted as 2 pieces. Large items such as strollers and wheelchairs are counted as 1 piece of luggage.
• Age limit for skiing experience: Children under 6 years old are not allowed to participate in the skiing experience.
• Lift tickets and equipment rentals are for same-day use only. Guests wishing to continue skiing the following day will need to purchase equipment rental separately.
• Flexible options: You can freely choose the items you need, and book only accommodation or only private charter car.
• Equipment: Gloves, helmets, and goggles are not included. Gloves may be brought by you or purchased on-site. Helmets and goggles are available for rental on-site.
• Private ski lessons: 2 hours per session. Due to limited coaching quota, the tuition fee will be refunded if the quota is full.
• Accommodation Information: Rooms are limited and may sell out early during peak season and holidays. If accommodation cannot be arranged due to full availability, the full amount will be refunded. Breakfast is included in the accommodation package.
• Contact information: The driver will contact you via WhatsApp, Line, or WeChat one day before departure. Please be sure to pay attention to the message and reply.
• On-time Departure Policy: To protect the rights of all passengers, we will depart on time. Latecomers will not be contacted or held individually. Please adhere to the meeting time and arrive at the meeting point in advance. No refunds will be given for latecomers.
• Itinerary Adjustment: The above itinerary and time are for reference only and may be adjusted based on traffic conditions or booking details on the day.
• Insurance Note: This product does not include travel insurance. It is recommended that passengers purchase their own insurance for more comprehensive protection.
