- Monday - Sunday
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session.
- Late arrivals risk missing part of the experience and might be asked to wait until the next session.
- There is 45 minutes of storytelling-based video viewing time and 15 minutes to explore and take pictures. Including the art shop and touring the exhibition hall, the total time required is approximately 1 hour.
- This experience is recommended for ages 4 and up. The first 45 minutes of the exhibition feature a story-driven media art movie that requires seated and focused viewing. Infants and toddlers may have difficulty engaging with this format. Prams/strollers are not allowed inside the venue.
- No pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals kept under proper control, held by a leash and restrained from straying, causing annoyance, nuisance or damage to any property.
- Sharp items, food, and drinks are not permitted. Smoking or vaping is not allowed.
- Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
- Valid ID for eligibility verification (if claiming half-price or free entry)
