• The last entry or booking time is the day before the workshop starts.
• All materials are provided; no prior experience is required for this session.
• The workshop involves storytelling, nature, and manual craftsmanship.

Event Rescheduling

The organiser reserves the right to reschedule the event if the minimum number of participants required is not met or due to inclement weather. In such circumstances, registered participants will be notified at least three (3) working days prior to the originally scheduled event date. Participants will be contacted via the email address or contact details provided during registration with information regarding the rescheduled date and any alternative arrangements.

Refunds

If the event is rescheduled, participants may choose to either:

• Transfer their registration to the rescheduled event date at no additional cost, or
• Request a full refund of their ticket price.

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 working days of the rescheduling notification. Refunds will be processed within 30 working days of receiving the request.

• This workshop is designed for parent and child pairs.
• Participants should be at least 6 years old to join.

• Children aged 6 years and above are welcome.
• All children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian throughout the workshop.

• A light jacket or sweater as the workshop room may be cold.
• Mobile or printed Pelago voucher.
• Your imagination and spirit of teamwork.

• The venue is accessible via lifts located at Lobby C of the mall.

• Your booking will be confirmed manually within 24 hours.
