📝 Reservation Information

• The maximum number of guests allowed in a room cannot exceed the maximum number of guests allowed in the room.
• When making a reservation, please provide the English names of all guests (must match passport names) and dates of birth.
  
• When you reserve this product, it will be in a reservation request status and the reservation will take 2 business days to be confirmed.
  
• This product is a required product that can only be reserved for 2 nights. When you select a check-in date and make a reservation, 2 nights are automatically reserved.
• Since this product is booked in real time, if the date you have booked closes early, you may not be able to make a reservation. (If you are unable to make a reservation, you will be notified individually.)
• Please note that adults are those aged 13 and over, children aged 3 to 12 are considered children, and children aged 2 and under are considered infants.
  
• All restaurant and facility operations within the hotel are subject to change at the hotel's discretion (operating hours, closings, etc.)
  
• 100% full refund is not possible if cancellation is made after the cancellation request date (including same-day cancellation and no-show)
  
• Cancellations received after the cancellation acceptance time will be applied based on the next business day. (Cancellation, refund, and change acceptance time: 09:00-18:00, Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays)
