Airport Pick Ups
• For airport pick ups, the driver will be waiting outside the airport building holding a name board with your name
• The driver will wait for you up to 1 hour from your flight landing time. If you are delayed longer than 1 hour after landing, please email or message to check if the driver is still available.
• An additional surcharge will apply for waiting time exceeding 1 hour If you are unable to redeem the service due to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances and you message within 1 hour of landing, a full refund will be issued 

Hotel Pick Ups
• For hotel pick ups, please wait in your hotel lobby for your driver

BCFamilyTour.com offers you transfer services in New Limousine Van with 9 seats for customers. These vans are in fact  Ford-Transit 16-seat minibus which were re-designed to be a 9-seat van, with bigger seats providing plenty of leg room when you sit down, which makes your whole trip more comfortable. Besides, the vans are equipped with wood fittings, complete audio and video system, with auxiliary and USB ports, electronic sliding door.

On our limousine you may travel with other passengers but the total number of passengers in the main cabin is just seven, therefore privacy is still ensured
