- Immigration Services -

• Original passport and pre-printed Vietnam electronic visa (E-Visa)

Booking time: Please place an order 3 days before your flight and provide all
required information

Supplier Service Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-13:00, 14:00-18:00 (Taiwan

Lunch break: 13:00-14:00; no duty on weekends and national holidays

During service hours: We will reply and confirm the arrangement results within
1 working day (excluding holidays)

The booking deadline is 17:00 the night before the trip (no booking service is

• This service is a “customs clearance guide” and passengers are still

• Please confirm the validity period of the passenger's passport, which should
be more than six months from the return date

• If you are unable to pass customs due to passport, visa, entry and exit

headshots (4 x 6 cm or 2 x 2 inches)

• Passengers who obtain visa on arrival will need to wait for an additional
period of time and will be charged a waiting fee of US$6 on site

• Adults (over 12 years old) and children (2-11 years old). Children over the
age of 12 will not be able to use the child price and no refund will be given.
