- Guests may enter with their ticket without a pre-booked time slot. However, if they wish to reserve a specific time, they will need to contact Monopoly Melbourne directly via phone or email, as online time slot reservations are not available

- Where Ticket prices vary according to age, the following provisions apply:
- A person of 16 years or older is classed as an adult
- A person aged 3 to 15 years is classed as a child
- For children aged 2 years and under, no admission fee will be charged; however, they require a ticket so we can manage capacity (Please note that all children 15 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult.)
*Ticket holders should be prepared to produce valid identification at the point of entry
- Due to safety requirements, the following guests will NOT be admitted to a 4DX presentation:

Really lovely experience for us (2 adults). We had some problems with the tickets purchased via Pelago initially but the staff made sure things work out for us. We did not have to book a time and we entered at our preferred time (3-ish pm on a Saturday). Agree with what other reviewers said about the venue being understaffed (thus the longer queue at the carnival booths), but otherwise they were all amazing and we had a great time. We spent around 3 hours there. I wish we were given more time during the tour to look at the Monopoly collections though.
had fun from start to finish! Not sure how long this novelty would last though, i hope they make updates to bring people back. The entry price does deter people, but really fun experience for Monopoly fans. The carnival games were also super, super hard as well.
