Additional information
- Ticketing counter hours vary by location. Please refer to the official business hours guide for details.
- Exchange your voucher at JR Ticket Offices (Midori-no-Madoguchi) at the following stations: Hakata, Kokura, Mojiko, Saga, Nagasaki, Sasebo, Beppu, Oita, Kumamoto, Kagoshima-chuo, Miyazaki, or Miyazaki Airport.
- Exchanges are also available at the Fukuoka Airport International Access Hall.
- The pass must be used on consecutive days (e.g., Jan 1, 2, and 3).
- It cannot be used for the Sanyo Shinkansen between Hakata and Kokura as this is operated by JR West.
- Reserved seats can be booked one month in advance starting at 10:00 AM on the boarding date.
- Online seat reservations require a separate fee: ¥1,500 for D&S trains and ¥1,000 for regular limited express trains (half price for children).
- Unavailability of seating due to full occupancy is not subject to refunds.

- Valid only for non-Japanese citizens visiting Japan under "Temporary Visitor" visa status for sightseeing.
- Passport holders must reside outside of Japan.
- When entering via automated gates, please request a "Temporary Visitor" stamp from airport staff to verify eligibility.
- Infants (0–5 years): Free of charge if not occupying a seat.
- Children (6–11 years): Child ticket price applies (approximately half of adult price).
- Adults (12+ years): Adult ticket price applies.
- Age is determined based on the date of purchase.
- Physical passport (required for voucher exchange and while traveling with the pass).
- Printed or mobile exchange voucher.
- Most major stations and trains are wheelchair accessible and equipped with elevators.
- Please contact JR Kyushu staff at the station for assistance with boarding.
- Your booking will be confirmed instantly.
- Vouchers are eligible for a full refund if they have not been exchanged for the physical pass.
- No refunds or cancellations are permitted once the voucher has expired or after it has been exchanged.
- Present your mobile or printed voucher along with your passport at a designated JR Kyushu exchange location.
- Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
- The physical pass can be used through automatic ticket gates.
