Must Know
- Plan duration begins upon first connection to a supported network.
- Each 24-hour period counts as one usage day (e.g., activation at 10:00 AM ends at 9:59 AM the next day).
- Activate within 90 days of issuance; expired eSIMs cannot be reused.
- 5G/4G speeds depend on device compatibility and local network coverage.
- Network selection is automatic based on the strongest signal available.
- Manual APN setup may be required to use ChatGPT or TikTok (refer to installation guide).
- Ensure stable Wi-Fi during installation — each QR code can be scanned only once per device.
- After scanning and activation, eSIM cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Eligibility
- For non-Mainland China travelers only.
- Device must be eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked.
- iOS requires version 12.1 or above (one-tap auto install supported on iOS 17.4+).
- iPhones sold in Mainland China do not support eSIM.
- In Hong Kong and Macau, only iPhone 13 mini, 12 mini, SE 2020, and XS models support eSIM.
- Samsung devices from Taiwan do not support eSIM; check official website for regional compatibility.
What to Bring
- Unlocked, eSIM-compatible smartphone or tablet.
- Stable internet or Wi-Fi connection for installation.

Cancellation Policy
- Once the QR code is issued or scanned, the order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Voucher Use
- Scan the QR code sent via email to install your eSIM.
- For iOS: Go to Settings → Cellular/Mobile → Add eSIM → Scan QR Code.
- For Android: Go to Settings → Connections → SIM Manager → Add eSIM → Scan QR Code.
- Activate data roaming after arrival for seamless connection.
- To use ChatGPT or TikTok, manually set APN to “firoam.”
