Must Know
- Fair Usage Policy (FUP): If over 2GB of data is used within a day, speeds may be throttled to about 512 kbps for up to 24 hours before returning to high speed.
- This eSIM does not include a phone number; voice and SMS are not available.
- Compatibility is determined by your device manufacturer and, in some cases, your original carrier (carrier-locked devices cannot use eSIM).
- Plans are available for 3, 5, 7, 10, 15, 20, or 30 days.

Eligibility
- Requires an unlocked, eSIM-compatible smartphone.
- If your phone was financed/locked by a carrier, eSIM may not work until unlocked.
Child Policy
- Per Pax age requirement: 3–99 years.
- All guests under 18 should be accompanied by a paying adult.

Booking Confirmation

Cancellation Policy
- No cancellation and non-refundable after purchase.
Voucher Use
- Product is open-dated and generally valid up to 180 days from issue.
- After purchase, you have 30 days to activate your plan; if not activated, it auto-activates on day 30 and validity begins.
- Plan validity counts from the activation time (e.g., a 7-day plan activated at 4:00 PM on Jan 1 expires at 4:00 PM on Jan 8).
- Follow the email instructions to scan the QR code and add the eSIM in Settings.

Until now it works good
Unlimited data was good. Reception in most areas in Bangkok was fine.
eSIM was easily activated with no lag. I stayed connected wherever I went to within the city.
The service is very bad. Purchase the plan one day before and receive an email stating the will receive within 4 business hours but nothing was received until my flight fly off despite a 2 hours delay which is 3pm when the plane depart Changi
All of the eSIM QR code given was not working. 1 out of the 3 eSIM managed to get working by late afternoon when I arrived at the destination. 2 more QR has been delayed till 9pm and nothing was given. 1 day of the eSIM plan wasted and I do not even want to think what will happen the next day. Such a disappointment with Pelago Service…
