# If you booked a car(up to group of 3) or van (up to group of 7), there will be a representative holding a sign at the Arrival Gate with your name on it. The representative will then call the driver when you have arrived.
The driver will only wait for 90 minutes after your flight lands. Contact the operator should you be delayed.
Surcharge - A MYR30-50 surcharge will apply if your hotel or destination is outside of the specified service areas, to be paid directly to the driver, to be confirmed by the operator
