- Free parking, limited disable parking (displaying of disability parking permit required)
- No pets are allowed into the Gardens, service animals excluded.
- Prohibited Items - Please leave your ride-on toys at home, as no scooters, rollerskates, skateboards, etc are allowed.
- Hunter Valley Gardens do not have wheelchairs available to hire, you are welcome to bring your own.
- Rides associated with seasonal events are an additional charge once within the venue
