Your session is private and in the company of a dedicated and specialist instructor! After a warm welcome and settling in, your instructor discusses the course of the activity and the safety instructions with you. Then smoothly, step by step, your journey begins. It will take place between 0 and 6 meters deep, and for a duration of 60 minutes! Many encounters await you: the peacock wrasse and its colors, the wrasse gliding through the Posidonia seagrass beds, a mullet searching for crustaceans in the sand, or even a moray eel sneaking under the rocks. But others are less visible and waiting to be discovered. Animal sponges in the cracks and on the rocks, a sea slug crawling on seaweed, a crab at the bottom of its hole, the mimosas that line the vaults and many more. After this trip through the underwater reliefs, you will return to the edge to dry off. Your instructor takes the time to talk with you about the experience you have just had.
