The instructions to connect to mobile data upon arrival did not work, and had to search and use public wifi to contact Customer Service. Public wifi is not secured and posed a risk on the mobile phone. As the Telco is Hong Kong based, the language is in Cantonese/Mandarin when using Google Chrome. I was not able to change the language to English because Customer Service advised not to turn on my SIM card to avoid global roaming charges.
