After booking, please give at least 24 hours to receive a confirmation ,most times you will receive it sooner.
Driver will be arriving at your pick up at least 5 minutes before time given.
For airport pick ups :
There will be an agent/driver standing outside the arrival exit door with your name to greet you. You do have the option of stopping to get food on the way or going straight to your hotel. You can specify if you need additional stop when making your bookings.
Hotel pick up,
Driver will be waiting at the hotel entrance for you.
We will also try to send a reminder or confirmation to any number given to us by you. Please send us a text message if there is a delay in your flight or change for your pick up time.
