Your cooking class will take place in a local home kitchen where Georgi and Kremena will teach you how to make 2-3 traditional Bulgarian dishes from their family recipes. After cooking, you will enjoy your meal together in your hosts' home.

Itinerary

    This is a unique opportunity to visit the home of a local and explore traditional culture and cuisine. Kremena and Georgi welcome you with warm smiles into their small and simple but lovely apartment in central Sofia. After you get to know each other, Kremena and Georgi will give you an introduction to Bulgarian food and its traditions. During your 2-hour hands-on Sofia cooking class, Kremena will show you how to prepare three Bulgarian dishes from scratch. Help Kremena in the kitchen and learn to make a traditional Bulgarian soup, salad and dessert before you sit down together at their table to enjoy the meal you helped prepare.
